Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to: (a) visitors to our websites; (b) individuals who register for, administer, or use an account (our “customers” and their authorized users); and (c) individuals whose business or professional information is processed through the Service.

For account and website information, we act as the controller. For information our customers submit to or configure within the Service, we generally act as a processor on the customer's behalf, and the customer's own privacy notices govern that processing.

When you create an account, subscribe, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, work email address, company name, role, account credentials, billing and transaction details, the configuration and preferences you set within the Service, and the content of your communications with us.

Information we collect automatically. We use cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Business and professional information processed through the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, communications, and analytics. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect information and to use it only to provide services to us.
• Integrations you enable. When you connect a third-party service, we share information with it at your direction to provide that integration.

• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent. We share information for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how the Service is used. Some cookies are essential for the Service to function; others help us analyze and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. Following account termination, we may delete account content in accordance with our standard retention practices; you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep beforehand.

If you are an individual whose information a customer processes through the Service, we may direct your request to the relevant customer, who acts as the controller for that information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. Essential service and transactional messages are not marketing and may still be sent.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Service and our websites may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by posting the updated Policy with a new effective date or by other means required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
