Refund Policy

We want every Hunch customer to be genuinely happy with the product. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work, and what to do if something isn't right.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access to the Service until then. You will not be charged again after you cancel.

2. Not happy in your first days? Reach out

If you are unhappy with Hunch shortly after your first purchase, contact us within 7 days of that first payment and we will work with you to make it right. That may mean helping you get set up properly, adjusting your plan, or issuing a refund of your first payment where the Service has not delivered what you expected.

We handle these requests case by case and in good faith. Our aim is simple: we do not want anyone paying for something that is not working for them.

3. Renewals and partial periods

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel before any renewal date and keep access through the period you already paid for. If a renewal charge went through that you did not intend (for example, you meant to cancel and missed the date by a short margin), contact us promptly and we will try to accommodate you.

We do not prorate refunds for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused capacity, except where we choose to as a goodwill accommodation or where the law requires it.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@usehunch.co from the address associated with your account, and include your workspace name and a short note on what went wrong. We respond to refund requests quickly, typically within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law in your jurisdiction requires a refund, we will honor it.
