Using Hunch

People & contact data

Everyone at your activated accounts, with verified work emails and phones. Unlimited on every plan: no credits, no caps, no per-record charges.

How people arrive

  • Automatically on activation, when you activate an account, Hunch enriches the company and loads everyone who works there into the People tab. Nothing to configure.
  • Find People, describe a buyer in plain English and Hunch finds the closest match at each activated account, with a verified email attached.
  • Show people at a company, pull or refresh the full employee list for any activated account on demand.
People data is only available for active accounts. Activating is what unlocks enrichment and the employee list; suggested accounts stay free to browse.

Find People: describe your buyer

No boolean strings or title taxonomies. Write who you want the way you would brief a teammate: “VP of Sales or CRO in the US. If neither, whoever runs revenue operations. Skip consultants and advisors.”

Hunch compiles that into a prioritized search: the ideal role first, adjacent roles behind it, a sensible fallback last. At each account it stops at the best match the company actually has, so a 40-person startup returns its founder where an enterprise returns the VP. Every match comes back with its match tier (tier 1 is the ideal role) and a verified work email already attached.

When a search finishes, the People table snaps to exactly the matched rows so they are never lost among thousands of rows. Clear the results view when you are done.

Filtering and seniority

  • Title contains, stack terms that OR together; prefix a term with - to exclude it (e.g. sales, revenue, -assistant).
  • Seniority, C-Team, VP, Director, Manager, Staff, derived from titles so it lines up with how the search itself thinks.
  • Account, country, source, email status, narrow to one account's people, a geography, employees vs search matches, or people with emails ready.
  • Owner, narrow to the people assigned to one teammate.

Owners and team assignment

People can be assigned to teammates the same way accounts are. Workspace owners and admins click the Owner cell on any row to assign one person, or select rows and use Assignin the bulk bar to hand a whole slice of the table to a rep. Owners show up in CSV exports and are available as a filter, so “show me my people” is one click. Members see the people at accounts they own plus anyone assigned to them directly, with a read-only owner column; admins see and assign everything.

Emails and phones

Verified work emails are unlimited on every plan. Search matches come with emails attached; for anyone else, reveal per person or select rows and use Get emails in bulk. Direct and mobile phones are available per person on demand, with coverage focused on the US. Revealed values are stored on the person, so a reveal never repeats.

Lists, export, and CRM

  • Lists, save selections to named lists (e.g. “Q3 outreach - RevOps leaders”) and filter by them.
  • Export, download exactly what you see as CSV: the current filters, a selection, or everything.
  • Send to CRM, push people to HubSpot or Salesforce as Contacts linked to their company record, signal context included. Every selected person goes as-is: email dedupes when present, LinkedIn URL otherwise, so re-pushes update records instead of duplicating them.

Programmatic access

Everything on this page is available through the REST API and the MCP server, so your agents and workflows can list people, run Find People searches, reveal emails, manage lists, and push to your CRM. See the People API reference and the MCP server docs.
